The ONE Program: High Quality, Open Educational Resources for Nursing

The ONE Program, a collaboration between the THECB and OpenStax, provides a series of nursing textbooks and associated resources available under an open license and at no cost. The materials are authored and reviewed by experienced faculty experts, and are aligned to the AACN Essentials curriculum with extensive NCLEX support. This session will provide an overview of the background and development process, and demonstrate the ways that faculty and course designers can find, evaluate, adopt, and adapt the materials for their nursing programs.
