Adapting to Innovation

The Adapting to Innovation Initiative supports Texas higher education institutions with leverage emerging technologies, like GenAI, responsibly. The Initiative includes professional learning, curated digital content, and community events to support institutional agility in the face of rapid technological change.

Course Sharing Exchange

Course sharing or course exchange is a collaborative, cross-institutional model which allows students at one institution to cross-enroll in online (only) courses at another institution.

OER Fellowship Program

The Texas OER Fellowship Program aims to support mentor relationships for OER use, creation, and capacity building at institutions and statewide.

Digital Design for Student Success (D2S2)

OER Nursing Essentials (O.N.E.)

The Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board (THECB) has partnered with OpenStax at Rice University to design and develop open educational resources (OER) for nursing, in collaboration with stakeholders at Texas institutions and around the nation.

Texas Micro-Credential Learning Network (MLN)

The Micro-Credential Learning Network was a collaborative opportunity for Texas institutions to gain insights into and receive assistance for the creation of an actionable micro-credential strategy.
