The Adapting to Innovation (AI) Initiative includes strategic institutional engagement, faculty support, and capacity building for institutional agility in responding to technological innovation by leveraging structures and tools already in place within the Division of Digital Learning. The AI Subcommittee of the Learning Technology Advisory Committee (LTAC) and its subset group, the Project Advisory Group, provide essential strategic support to advance innovative teaching and learning in Texas higher education. Learning resources are being curated or are in development to help higher education professionals stay ahead in an era of rapid technological change.

Learning Technology Advisory Committee (LTAC) – AI Subcommittee

The THECB’s Learning Technology Advisory Committee (LTAC) engages in substantive policy research and discussion regarding the role that learning technology plays in Texas higher education. Members are institutional staff with expertise in digital learning and educational technology. The Adapting to Innovation subcommittee was established, comprised of LTAC members and recommended institutional experts, to provide recommendations on state level work focused on Adapting to Innovation.
