Theme: Choosing Agility: Adapting to a New Era of Innovation in Digital Learning

The Division of Digital Learning at the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board (THECB) invites you to the third Digital Learning Summit, where innovators will gather to explore the latest trends and technologies shaping the future of digital learning. This year’s theme, Choosing Agility: Adapting to a New Era of Innovation in Digital Learning, focuses on how to be agile when adapting to innovations and new technologies that are transforming the higher education landscape. Participants will collaborate and network with practitioners from institutions of higher education across Texas.

This free virtual event brings together colleagues from across Texas and beyond to explore cutting-edge trends transforming higher education and will be headlined by nationally acclaimed thought leaders:

List of keynote speakers: Bryan Alexander, Senior Scholar, Georgetown University; Yakut Gazi, Ph.D., Vice Provost for Learning Innovation & Digital Education, Duke University; Todd McLees, Founder, HumanSkills.ai; C. Edward Watson, Ph.D., Vice President for Digital Innovation, AACU, Co-Author of Teaching with AI

Host an Idea Exchange

To enhance the virtual summit experience, institutions are invited to host live campus Idea Exchanges. These onsite events can be as simple as a small gathering of like-minded peers, as large as a conference hall, or something in between. The Idea Exchange is intended to offer a dynamic platform to extend discussions from thought-provoking sessions, exchange ideas sparked by summit content, and share insights on digital innovation within your communities. A comprehensive guide will be provided to support successful event planning for Idea Exchange hosts.
